Our Kindergarten Programme services children attending St. Monica School's Kindergarten Programme in the morning or the afternoon. Our Kindergarten group has a mix of JK/SK children. Occasionally they are joined, after school, by children in grade 1. The Kindergarten group has a maximum of 20 children with two qualified ECE teachers. Children attending the School's Morning Kindergarten are cared for from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children attending the School's Afternoon Kindergarten, children are cared for from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The children are escorted to and from the School's Kindergarten classes by childcare staff. Children bring their own packed lunch which can be kept refrigerated in our room. Nutritious snacks are provided. Please see our Family Handbook for a sample menu and lunch ideas. On school professional development days and breaks (Winter Break, March Break) childcare is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for Kindergarten children at no additional charge (fees are pro-rated). Often, on school holidays, the children are cared for at our Eglinton Site. If you would like to put your child/children on our waiting list for the St. Monica's Kindergarten Programme, please contact us by e-mail or phone. ![]() ![]()
